Our Team

Ty is a seasoned tax professional and the founder of Silverstone Tax Consulting. He specializes in helping individuals, small businesses, and non-profits navigate their tax and bookkeeping needs with expertise and personalized service.

A Las Vegas native, Ty earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He later returned to his hometown to pursue a Master’s in Accounting at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). During his studies, he gained valuable experience managing bookkeeping and accounting for a large group of physicians.

Ty began his professional career at Eide Bailly, LLP, a top-20 public accounting firm. Over five years, he worked with the Las Vegas tax team, assisting local businesses with tax planning and compliance. During this time, Ty handled hundreds of tax returns across various industries, gaining comprehensive experience in diverse sectors.

In 2021, Ty launched Silverstone Tax Consulting to provide high-quality, tailored tax solutions to his clients. He is a licensed CPA in Nevada and is dedicated to supporting his community. Since 2023, Ty has also been sharing his knowledge as a part-time undergraduate accounting instructor at UNLV.

Courtney grew up in Nebraska and pursued her education at Southern Utah University, where she earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting.

In 2021, Courtney began her career in Las Vegas with the regional accounting firm Eide Bailly. During her time there, she worked with a diverse range of clients and projects, developing a passion for trusts and estates.

In 2024, Courtney joined Silverstone Tax, where she brings her expertise to support small business owners and entrepreneurs. She takes pride in helping clients manage their taxes, finances, and bookkeeping, allowing them to focus on growing and building their businesses with confidence.
